The Xlear Sinus Care Netipot contains a specially-designed netipot for a natural cleansing of the nasal passages through the gravity-flow of the Xlear Sinus Care Neti Solution. This method is effective in gently washing away debris and contaminants that build up. The proprietary solution improves the efficacy of traditional saline solutions by soothing and moisturizing.
The Xlear Sinus Care Netipot is the clear Solution to your sinus issues. It combines the traditional nasal and sinus cleansers of pure Celtic Sea Salt®, sodium bicarbonate (as a natural buffer), and all-natural, pharmaceutical grade xylitol.
Drug-Free Solution
Xylitol is the ingredient that really sets our nasal spray apart from all others! None of our products contain synthetic chemical antihistamines or decongestants, which can leave your airways and sinuses dry. Dry airways are easily irritated and extremely vulnerable to attack from external contaminants.
Hyper-osmotic
Our Xylitol and saline solutions are hyper-osmotic, this means they draw moisture in and keep the nasal passages and sinuses more moist and clean than saline alone. This health-promoting combination is designed to aid in the relief of irritation caused by pollutants, allergens and germs in the nasal passages. When to use the Xlear Sinus Care Netipot
Use the Xlear Sinus Care netipot whenever you are congested or your sinuses are dry, irritated, or in need of cleansing. Use your netipot when you have moderate sinus issues or discomfort for natural, healthy, and soothing relief of:
- Seasonal sinus concerns
- Exposure to airborne contaminants
- Exposure to a cold, dry, or smoky environment
- Nasal or sinus dryness or irritation
When a nasal wash is inconvenient, or impractical, use the Xlear Sinus Care nasal spray. For maximum relief, we recommend the Xlear Sinus Care Rinse.
Directions for Use
- Thoroughly clean your new Xlear Sinus Care netipot with soap and water or place it in your dishwasher on the top rack. Be sure to rinse the netipot completely with sterilized or purified water before using.
- Prepare the Xlear Sinus Care Refill Solution by mixing 1/2 to 1 packet of powder into 8 ounces of body-temperature purified or sterilized water. Stir until all of the solution has dissolved.
- Fill the Xlear Sinus Care netipot with your prepared nasal wash solution.
- Lean over the sink so you are looking directly in the basin. With your head tilted down approximately 45 degrees, turn your head so one nostril is above the other.
- Gently insert the soft rubber spout of your Xlear Sinus Care netipot into the upper nostril so that it forms a comfortable seal. Avoid pressing the snout against the middle of your nose.
- As you breath through your mouth, raise the handle of the netipot so the solution begins draining into your upper nostril. The solution will begin to drain from your lower nostril. If you feel the solution running down your throat, simply tilt your head forward.
- If necessary, refill the netipot then repeat this process with your other nostril.
- After you’ve rinsed both nostrils, gently blow your nose through both nostrils to clean them.
- Be sure to wash your Xlear Sinus Care netipot after each use. It is dishwasher safe, or you can hand wash it using warm soap and water. Be sure to rinse thoroughly and remove all soap after cleaning.
